We are based in Denmark Western Australia where we live on 100 acres with our 2 families. This is where we make our custom Tiny Houses. It's also where we started the Yurt and Dome business. We manufacture our Yurts and Domes in China, but we've refined them here and we're continually improving them to suit our Aussie conditions.

We manufacture our Yurts and Domes in China and import them into Australia. We test and refine them here in Denmark where we live on our farm. Our Tiny Houses are built from the ground up here in Denmark Western Australia.

Our Yurts and Domes will typically last 7 - 10 years in Aussie sun until the outer cover UV coating may start to degrade. At this point you can replace the outer cover (usually around $2,000 delivered depending on size).

The rest of your Yurt or Dome can last decades if well looked after.

Council rules relating to alternative structures like Yurts and Domes vary widely across the country. Some councils may deem these temporary structures not requiring approval, however please check with your local authorities for specific requirements and regulations. We sell our products as 'glamping tents' however this doesn't mean your local council will agree, and it can be highly dependent on the nature of your use and any additional installations like power, sewerage etc.

For caravan parks and businesses zoned for tourism we have achieved full approvals by meeting certain criteria, speak to us if this is the case as we have independent planners who can help.

Our lead time is usually 8 - 12 weeks, but we can give you a better estimate at the time of order. If you need something in a hurry get in touch and we'll see what we can do. We ship directly to your closest Australian capital city port by sea freight but we can also arrange final delivery too.

Yes we sure can, get in touch and we'll work something out.

We offer a 3-year warranty on the frame and cover. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal and intended use of the product. Please note that the warranty does not cover any man-made damage or natural disasters, such as but not limited to fires, floods or storms, nor does it cover general wear and tear. Our warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser of the yurt or dome, and is not transferable.

  2. The warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during the normal and intended use of the product. It does not cover any damages resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, accidents, or alterations made, or general wear and tear.

  3. To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact us and provide proof of purchase.

  4. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing, at our discretion, any defective part or component of the yurt or dome. If we determine that the defect is not covered by the warranty, we will provide an estimate for any necessary repairs or replacements.

  5. Any repairs or replacements made under the warranty will be made with comparable materials and may not be an exact match to the original yurt (only if the identical material is not available).

  6. The warranty does not cover any costs associated with removing or reinstalling the yurt or dome or any of its components.

  7. This warranty is void if the yurt or dome has been subject to any modifications, repairs or alterations by anyone other than the manufacturer.

We go above and beyond to keep our clients happy, which you'll see in our reviews. These warranty terms are about keeping things fair, but rest assured in the first instance we'll always do our best to resolve any issues quickly and to your satisfaction.

Typically we don't offer installation of our Yurts or Domes, but most of our clients find the process easy enough to perform themselves or with some help from friends or family (apart from the initial building on the sub-frame / base which sometimes requires additional expertise depending what type of base you opt for). We can certainly guide you through the process and offer advice if you do need to engage a tradesman. In some cases we may be able to provide a quote for installation. Especially if you're in South-West WA.

We are building a pretty solid network of clients across the country though so get in touch, we might just have someone fairly close to you who's willing to help out or who has already used a tradie near you.

Regular cleaning and maintenance of your covering, windows, and doors will help keep things in good condition. If installed correctly you shouldn't have any leaks, and as long as you regularly inspect your Yurt or Dome you shouldn't have any issues with mold and mildew either.

You can clean the outer cover with a mild detergent and a broom, and clean your doors and windows just how you usually would. You should also give any timber areas like the front door a light sand and varnish every couple of years. Also inspect the silicone around any openings and replace when necessary.

Get in touch to see whether we've got any Yurts or Domes available near you. Our network of clients with air bnb's etc is growing, so hopefully we can work something out.

We also have plenty of additional pics and videos we can send you.

If you're after an idea of the space... then the best method we suggest is to get a ground stake and piece of rope, and draw a circle of the correct diameter, this will allow you to see the floor space of your Yurt or Dome.

Our Yurts and Domes are really well ventilated and are also 100% waterproof, so as long as they're installed properly you shouldn't have any issues with mold or mildew. Traditional Yurts were known to have mold issues, but they were made of standard canvas which would eventually hold moisture. Our products are synthetic and are mold resistant. In a yurt or dome there's nowhere for mold to hide, so as long as you keep things clean and check behind furniture etc you shouldn't have any issues.

Yurts and Domes are inherently strong in windy conditions due to their round shape. They can typically handle up to 100km/h winds. They disperse the wind load evenly around the structure. They are not cyclone rated however and are not warrantied against storm damage. But they are used all over the world in some very harsh climates and have stood the test of time.

We've got plenty of clients in cold climates. We typically suggest a double insulation layer on your yurts for colder areas. And also you can install a fireplace (we'll explain how) and / or a diesel heater or split system. There's plenty of ways to keep yurts and domes warm and cool, have a chat to us about your temps and we'll suggest solutions.

Buying a Yurt from us is simple! If you're ready to buy get in touch with us by calling or through the contact page. We'll speak with you to confirm all of your window and colour selections and we'll send your invoice for deposit payment. Once we complete the manufacture we'll be in touch to arrange the balance payment and shipping. We'll keep you updated on shipping progress (to your nearest port, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth), and we'll guide you through the delivery and setup process.

If need multiple Yurts for example an accommodation business, then we'd love to discuss your specific requirements.
