ORON is the result of years of living in and building Yurts across Australia and New Zealand. What worked, what didn’t, what we always wished existed. This is that model.

WHAT MAKES ORON DIFFERENT FROM OUR STANDARD YURTS:
- Matte Finish Outer Cover: Durable, waterproof, and UV-resistant. Ideal for harsh Aussie & NZ conditions.
- Hemp Cotton Interior liner: ORON is lined with a natural hemp-cotton fabric available in 9 tones to suit your individual style.
- Solid Timber frame: Hand made heavy duty frames 60% heavier than our standard Yurts
- Thicker Roof Rafters: Heavy duty rafters extend from wall frame to central compression ring.
- Larger Dome skylight: Clear or Tinted 10mm thick acrylic dome skylight provides plenty of natural light into the yurt. Strong enough to stand on.
- Floor to Ceiling Standard Windows: Standard cantilever opening window (900mm wide x full height) included with each Yurt. Additional windows optional.
- Curved Glass Bay Windows: Fixed frame bay windows (1600mm wide x full height) are optional. Can also be joined together to create incredible panoramic views.
- 5 Premium Door options: Your choice of 5 French Door options included. Additional doors can be added on, including solid 900mm doors for adjoining bathrooms etc.
- Improved Insulation: High Density Wool Felt insulation between inner lining and outer yurt cover. Double insulation options for colder climates like TAS. We also have reflective air-cell insulation available great for hotter climates.
ORON ADD-ONS AND SELECTIONS:
- Choose any of the 5 front door options: in the gallery above (already included in the price) – If you wish to have additional doors let us know, we also have single door options for secondary doors or adjoining rooms.
- One standard opening window included: (900mm wide x full height) as seen in the gallery above. Additional standard windows are $890.00 each.
- Curved glass bay windows: Fixed frame bay windows (1600mm wide x full height) are optional and can be joined together for panoramic views. $1,250.00 each.
- Double insulation option: ORON already includes a high density 10mm thick wool felt insulation as standard. You can add a double layer for $750.00
- Reflective air-cell insulation: for hotter climates we can add a layer of reflective air-cell insulation on top of the wool felt layer for $750.00
- Transparent or tinted dome skylight: already included in your price, simply choose which option you would like.
- Choose your exterior colours: matte finish outer covers as shown in the gallery above, choose a combo or all 1 colour.
- Choose your interior liner colour: from the 9 options shown in the gallery above.
SHIPPING AND LEAD TIME
Shipping to your nearest port is included (Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane) however final delivery will be an additional cost (we will arrange on your behalf) or you may collect from the port warehouse with a suitable trailer or own courier.
Tasmania and New Zealand Orders incur an additional shipping fee but usually $1,500 or less.
Lead time is approximately 8 – 12 weeks from order to delivery. Please get in touch if you have a specific deadline or want to discuss current lead times.
Warranty
ORON comes with a 3-year warranty on the frame and cover. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal and intended use of the product. Please note that the warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear, man-made damage or natural disasters, such as but not limited to fires, floods or storms. See FAQ page for full terms.
