Shipping

Our Yurts and Geo Domes are shipped via sea freight to your nearest Australian capital city port.

Shipping Time

Approx. 8–12 weeks. Please allow for possible delays due to port congestion, weather, or customs.

Cost

Sea freight to the port is included in your purchase price (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Perth).

Pickup or Final Delivery: You’re welcome to collect your order from the port (must have suitable trailer and ID), or we can arrange delivery to your address at cost.

Warranty

We offer a 3-year limited warranty on all Yurt and Dome components we supply—including the frame, cover, insulation, windows, solar fans, and more. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Please note the warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear
  • Damage from extreme weather events (fire, flood, storm)
  • Modifications or repairs made by unauthorised third parties
  • Improper setup, misuse, or neglect
  • To make a claim, you’ll need your proof of purchase. We'll repair or replace any defective parts (or offer an equivalent solution) at our discretion.
  • We're a small, hands-on team that genuinely cares about our clients. If something goes wrong, reach out—we’ll always do our best to find a fair and fast resolution.

Refund / Return Policy

Because of the custom nature of each order, and the high shipping costs involved, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds once your order is in production or shipped.

However, if your product is faulty or damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. We will repair or replace the item as required under Australian Consumer Law. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
